how can i change the bpm for a song? say the bpm is 136, i want to make it 140bpm, hosw do i dow it. if it can not be done then what program can i use?

Under Process, Time Stretch, set the Input format to Tempo (bpm). Enter the current tempo in the Initial Tempo blank, and the desired tempo in the Final Tempo blank. This works well for small changes. For larger changes i prefer Effects, Pitch, Shift, but you have to do a lot more math.
