Hi there,
I downloaded the demo software and the effects worked ok but using the transitions immediately slowed the timeline down to a crawl - as though the processor could not cope. ( 1.8 AMD, 1 gig RAM and I live in PAL land)
Switching to previous Vegas projects ( with none of the new effects on them ) gave the same result; the timeline played almost like a series of snaphots!
I eliminated a processor problem as non-Vegas video and projects played as normal.
I downloaded the demo again but nothing changed so I decided to uninstall.
However, even though the Vegas Video plugins do not show on my Windows programme list, and the folder does not appear to be on my hard drive, the demo transitions and effects still show in Vegas; even when I start a new project!
My preference would be to have the new toys working as brilliantly as the rest of Vegas does ( has done! ). If not I would like to get my system back to the pre-demo
state.
Can you help?
Thanks,
Max
