Subject:Buffer Underrun Problems-Help!

I'm trying to burn some Acid 2.0 tracks to cd but keep getting a buffer underrun error. I've been able to lower the write speed down to 2x or 1x in the past to correct this problem. Here's the thing, I have 12 tracks that I'm trying to burn and can successfully burn all tracks except for 3. It is on these three tracks that I'm getting the buffer underrun problem. Again, I've lowered the speed as much as I can and there are no other applications running during the burn. If it means anything, the tracks experiencing the errors contain drone textures from the twine:build loop disc. I hope that a family member may help me find a solution to this frustrating problem soon, as I'm ruining cdr's left and right!

It could be that you have more effects and tracks in those three songs than you've had before. Your computer might not be powerful enough to render the output and burn to the CD at the same time. Try rendering your project to a new track, then solo that new track and burn the CD from there. That way all the effects processing will be done before the CD burning process.

how about rendering the whole song, if its done, into one wav file, then open acid again with just the one wav file, then burn! see what happens
