Subject:Problems with Cubase Wavefiles in Soundforge 5.0

I have a problem with Cubase 5.1 and Soundforge 5.0. Specifically, when I open SF 5.0 in Cubase as the external editor and access a track recorded in Cubase, the .wav file shows up in SF 5.0 but the resulting waveform is not in sync with the sound I'm hearing. Can anybody help me with this?
