5.0 trail deleted my 4.5. Now I can't get 4.5 back! -Sound Forge - PC

I have been using SF XP 4.5 for some time when I recently downloaded the 5.0 trial. The installer did not inform me that it would delete my 4.5 and I didn't pay attention to where it was installing. Now I want my 4.5 back and it seems I can't get it! The original email I received when I purchased Acid 2.0 included an activation code for XP4.5 but when I try to reinstall from the Acid 2.0 cd, all i get is the demo of 4.5 and I'm never given the chance to activate it. I can't find any other version of the 4.5 installer anywhere on my computer. Please tell me where I can find the 4.5 trial that will let me use my activation code. While I own SF 4.0, I really don't want to have to reinstall. I MUST begin a 12 hour VV render but first I MUST make changes with Sound Forge. Please help?

Make very sure that you are typing in the right name AND code. The right name is the one you gave when you got the original code. good luck, werd p.s. At this point you may want to delete everything sf related and re-install. Including going into the registry and deleting the file there as well.
