I've never heard of 90 minute CDs. Where did you get them? All i ever see in the store are 80 minute CDs, and sometimes a few of the old 74 minute ones too.

I've used 90 minute CD's a couple of times. I would suspect that sound forge does not support 90 minute CD's yet in their burn function. I had a similar problem, using "Nero". Nero v5.0 would only let me burn up to 81 minutes, using the overburn feature. Now with v5.5 I can burn CD's up to 99 minutes. When the 90 minute CD's become more popular I would expect there to be more of a desire for software companies to address this issue.

These CD-Rs exist but are not supported by hardly any software or burners. They are NOT reccommended by anyone and are not reliable.

On the other hand, he may have made a mistake and meant 80 minutes. In that case, since SF 5.0 only supports TAO, or track-at-once recording, the time available will be less than 70 minutes, let alone that the time of most 80 minute blanks are not actually 80 min.

Good call inspector, problem is that beetlefan doesn't know how to read or spell, and spews misinformation all over this forum. Just look at the spelling of his name as the first clue of his literacy.

My sister is a beetle fan...she is an entomologist.
