SF5.0f + Win2K = Crash WhirrBing -Sound Forge - PC

It then freezes until windows decides to do an error log... Anyone got any ideas how or why it is doing this? I'm planning on going back to the first release of soundforge 5 (thank goodness I backed it up) or boy would it cause havoc for me at work, I'd have to buy another program that works!!!! Dread the thought!!!!
