Subject:Acid still craching W2K

I still have the problem that Acid.exe generates errors when opening in W2K?
I can't switch the card to another slot because I have an ISA-card!
It doesn't work with compability mode either!
Does anyone know what to do or what the real problem is?
Really happy for answer!!
