does vegas audio 2.0 come with acid? also, is it compatible?

I heard on some other board that it comes with soundforge

I thought that this would be the place to clear it up

Acid Pro 3.0 comes with Vegas Audio LE and Sound Forge 5.0 XP Studio. Both Vegas and Forge are lighter versions though. You can see the differences between both (the lighter version vs the full version) on their respective product page.
Vegas Audio 2.0 seems to be discontinued.
