I would like everyones opinion on the best way to take a song you made with Acid 3.0 and add my own guitar and vocals to it. And then burn a CD. I want the best quality that I can get. I have an HP-CD-writer which works good but my main question is the best way to add vocals and my own guitar playing.

You ought to be able to simply add a couple more tracks to the project and record directly into those tracks. You'll only be able to record one track at a time, so you'll have to add the voice & guitar separately in two separate takes. If your computer has a hard time keeping up with everything, you can bounce your acid project down to a single track and solo that while recording.
