Subject:Wot, No Plugins...

Help! Acid 3 wont recognise my plugins when it searches for them it says that the program has performed an illegal opperation, and then opens the program. When I go into the View Plugins option all I get is the EQ and no other plugins!!! What happened to the good old effects tabs at the bottom of the screen like on Acid 2? They made much more sence! Can anyone give me any answers! Thanks, ERA...

Go up to that weird little icon in the upper right and open it to get more plug-ins. One of the worst, most confusing, least ergonomic interfaces for accessing EFX ever. Truly terrible. The number of separate clicks and bar-slides required to bring up more plug-ins is a joke. You're quite right, the old 2.0 way was far superior.

4.0 will fix all that.
