Subject:Sound Forge Pro 9. Insert Silence missing zero

This program used to have three zeros (00:00:00:000) in the Insert Silence window. Now, without me doing anything, the third zero is missing. (00:00:00:00) How can I get it back?

The 'insert' and other processes time read-out is in the same format as the timeline. To get the hr: min: sec: milliseconds (00:00:00:000), select the menu "Options> Status Format" and choose "Time".
Right-clicking a time display in the status bar is a short cut.
