Premiere project export - anyone successful?

I need to convert some vegas projects to premiere for someone else to work on - anyone had any luck doing this? I did the export but premiere cc just crashed on me. Does it work with CC or 6?

Try using the final cut xml.
and try sending it to after effects first then sending from AE to prem.
I think I got it to work that way in the past.

When I've had to go from Prem to AE, I've had to go through vegas to make it work because of the CC/non-CC B.S.

I can't stand Adobe......
