Timeline Tools doesn't show up using Windows 10

I took advantage of the Magix offer and installed their copy of Vegas 13 on my Windows 10 notebook. I've tried installing Timeline Tools twice, with and without admin privileges but it isn't showing up. I didn't have this trouble using Windows 7. Has anyone else had this problem or can suggest a solution. Thanks.

I mention this only because it got me, be sure you are looking at VIEW EXTENSIONS and not TOOLS EXTENSIONS.

"with and without admin privileges"
I have always found Vegas, and all add-ons with the exception of Vegasaur, to be problematic unless installed by temporarily making my limited user account a member of local Administrators and running it once before then removing the the account from the local Administrators group. Once done this way, Vegas has been 100% stable for me as compared to continual random crashes. I do find it disturbing that a "pro" product in 2016 still requires this, but I accept this may in part be related to the POS video implementation in earlier Windows versions.
