So...that whole upgrade to 13 to get 14 confuses me. I already have 13. Do I have to buy another copy, as it were, to get 14 or will an upgrade be offered later? Same thing, I suppose, but...

Is anyone from Magix here? Some clarification would be nice.

Ive been trying to find that out for a while, i have 13 suite i think.... this all sounds very Microsoft ish to me...

Eric, to avoid any doubt, the proposed offer covers all those who currently do not have Vegas Pro, but also those who own a version of Vegas Pro prior to version 13, right?

In other words, if I have Vegas Pro 12 I should take advantage of this offer, because presumably the cost of the upgrade to Vegas Pro 14 to September will be higher than the cost of the upgrade to Vegas Pro 13, right?

I know a lot of people who still use VP12 and ask me if to upgrade now or in September.

I think it's futile to presume anything about the pricing of future upgrades from MAGIX until they announce the facts. Hang tight, as Eric says.
And Eric did say the potential upgraders were in fact the target of the current offer.

Eric - I'd be keen to know about upgrades from earlier versions of Vegas too.
I'm currently on Vegas 10. I plan to upgrade to Vegas 14 when it comes out. But if I can't get an upgrade offer from 10 to 14 when 14 comes out, then I better go with the current 13+14 offer

I agree, anyway it's not so clear the upgrade plan for Vegas Pro versions prior to v13.

What's more disturbing...
-Calling supportservice are automated answers which lead you to emailadress where you can mail your problem.
-Emaling questions about this vegas13-14 deal aren't proper answered.
-When you follow the online orderform for this deal (i use vegas 12, i'm interested thus), at the last page before paying, you can read you're ordering vegas 13 only.... nothing is mentioned about vegas 14. Try the orderprocess yourself, you will see what i mean.

So sorry no...i'm not into this way of selling.
