I set C: for Acid Pro 7 to look for vst plug-ins. Now I know it is trying to load every thing on the C Drive into Acid 7. I have removed and reloaded twice and did a registry clean and defragged the registry and still can not get Acid Pro to load. How can I get a clean uninstall or start in a mode that lets me change my error. |

Try this.. locate: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Sony\ACID Pro\7.0 Locate this file. acidpro.plugincache.xml It has and entry to tell ACID where to search. You can change it to point to your VST dir. The easiest solution is to delete the file and force ACID to do a fresh search using the default locations . Peter |
