Subject:Wave Hammer introducing random beeps into audio

For years I've used Wave Hammer frequently to bring up the level if recordings I've made with my Zoom portable recorder, and it's always worked flawlessly. But the last couple of times I've used it, it introduces loud beeps randomly throughout the audio. I'll upload an example. The only thing that has changed is, I updated my OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Has anyone else experienced this behavior? Any idea about what might be wrong?

I attempted to submit a Support ticket but I just keep getting a frustrating "an error occurred with your submission" message.

Thanks!

Alan

Somehow SF has reverted to Demo Mode; does your start-up splash screen or menu | Help | About Sound Forge 'General' tab show correct 'licensed to:' info? - if not, you may need to re-enter your Serial Number - in Menu | Help .....
