Just discovered this trick today and thought I would pass it on. Windows 10 allows you to open disk images without additional software. Just right click on an ISO file and choose MOUNT.
The quick access feature can be unhelpful if you have files with the same name but different contents in different folders. You need to know the parent folder name as well to distinguish them.
I placed a file in the wrong Documents folder the other day and had to hunt for it. Void Tools Everything search engine is a real boon for sloppy operators like me. http://www.voidtools.com/ It is very quick.
I had Virtual Clone Drive installed, and Mount mounted it using VCD. With VCD uninstalled, I see no Mount, but I can Open using File Explorer, and that mounts it.
