I just had windows 10 installed (upgraded).
When I launch SMS12 plat. it first shows the blue logo screen at the size I had on windows 7, then it "shrinks".... the app is opening fine..
But - THE FONTS on : the "media" Transitions" VideoFX" etc ...tabs ...
- The left pane with All Media, Media bins
- The left pane with the tracks names
are soooooooooooo small... !!! I
can't figure out how to increase the FONT size.nor change the font type.....
I managed to get the tiltle, menu and Icons at a reasonable size...with display settings....
Help greatly appreciated...

If you haven't done so since upgrading to Windows 10, uninstall Movie Studio and reinstall it.

You won't lose any work in progress.

Reinstalling sms 12 helped other issues... but did not correct the font size .....in the tabs....
Too bad....
Thanks for your help

For the moment, try right clicking the executable program file and in properties, select the "“Disable display scaling on high DPI settings”. If that doesn't help, we'll go from there.

It is disabled.... It is better... but the project media, transitions, video FX, media generators TABS have not change size.... nor can I find a way to change the font type in windows 10....
The rest resizes once the project is loaded....
Why did the short cut blue circles logo changed to a file short cut Movie Studio Platinum 12?
DVD architect studio and sound forge short cut logos have not changed... mind you I did not work with them yet....
I guess I have to live with it....
It seems to work OK.... I don't want to mess up....
