Sony Architect 6 wont start

Hey, downloaded Architect 6 from sony (build 237)
installed as i normally would, got the first screen that talks about privileges then you click okay to go to the second screen where I'm guessing you would put the serial codes in..
this is where I'm stuck as the software just shows a blank page :(

anyone had this issue or know how to solve it

DVD Architect Pro 6 is pretty universally considered a dog. It's got lots of problems -- and it's only advantage is that it can create 3D BluRays.

Unless you're editing a 3D BluRay disc, I'd recommend you stick with the much more stable version 5.

I'd like to do that but sadly any of the updates I download directly from the Sony website do the same teething for me & nothing seems to work.
Even if I purchase the software I can't install it on my machine!
I have an old copy that works perfect but I need to update it for better blueray support & hd videos

According to the thread I lifted this quote from, the OP had DVD A Studio 5 b 128 and MSP 10 then. If he has not upgraded to the Pro versions of both since then, I'd suggest he reinstall that version. I have DVD A Pro 5.2, but DVD A Studio 5 installed as well and I never updated my Studio 5 build 128. Some of the later builds seem to have been problematic.
