How Export Region Titles?

Hello all. I hope I'm posting this to the right forum. My problem is that I have a very long video clip that I have edited into 'sections' but only by inserting markers (pressing the 'M' key) and giving each one a name. Now I want a list of all the names I have assigned, but the only somewhat promising thing I can find by exploring is 'Scripting > Export regions as sub-titles", and Yes, if I double-click between each pair of markers, hit the 'R' key and give it a new name, that script will apparently let me save them to a txt file. But then I would have to cut and paste every marker name into the region one at a time - a HUGE and time-consuming job.

Is there any simple way?

Thanks for whatever help you can provide!

Yes. Very simple. No need for a script. If you want the names of your marker titles, all you do is enter Alt-6 which brings up the Edit Details window. Under "Show", select markers in the drop-down menu and it will give you the position and name. You can select the names, copy, and paste wherever you like. You could also select Regions and it will show names as well. As an aside, it is very easy to go back and forth between the Edit Details window and Excel.

You can also do this from http://www.nfatoys.com/moasoftwarellc/Default.htmTimeline Tools[/link], my free Vegas add-in utility. Simply go to the Markers & Regions Tab and make your appropriate selections and actions.
