Forge 4.5a won't upg to 4.5h on an NTFS volume -Sound Forge - PC

Since "Visual Foundry" ("Sonic" products are out, if you haven't figured out their agenda yet) won't support older products , I thought I would pass this on if you happen to have an obscure problem with the upgrade (possibly to get Architect to work with later CD recorders)... If you use any power "tweak" products to Windows that happens to "Disable 8.3 name creation on NTFS volumes", you cannot load past 4.5a, thus, not being able to load CD Architect. Obviously, allow that feature to write the default naming size and the upgrade program will be able to write the correct directory names to the registry and thus, it works!!
