Does anybody have ACID Pro running in a Windows 10 machine? If yes, can you access the midi device? Can you record midi from a midi keyboard?

I can't. I get an error message saying the device is used by another application. No other application appears to be using the device. Other soft wares can see the midi input without a problem.

I have the same results using two different midi interfaces (MOTU 828mk2 and a Roland UM-One USB/midi)

ACID worked fine with the midi back on WIN 8 for me.

Exactly the same here and probably, like me, you've scoured the net for answers, trying to update drivers (no use), trying to remove WIN 10 update KB2962407 as several people say it's the cause (no such update visible in my PC). How does one use Microsoft's 'Live chat' support? It opens but gets stuck. Is it real? PS I'm using Acid Studio 10.

Using Windows 10 x64 here. Haven't had any problems but I'm using an Akai MPK Mini Mk II MIDI controller and a Lexicon Alpha USB audio interface.

My partner's PC is almost identical to mine and when we tried Acid Studio on it, it ran perfectly. I'm trying to get my head round the 'exclusive control' and 'exclusive mode programmes' thing, in case it's something to do with that (so far without success). Will try Live Chat when it opens (this evening, my time!).
