Transfer MiniDV PAL to data/DVD in Canada

I have a client who now lives in Canada (being asked what city my client lives) want to transfer the MiniDV tapes (PAL format, probably 2 tapes if they still own them all) to data/DVD.
These are our master recording of their wedding day.

Because the master MiniDV tapes has been given to them, and they have kept them in Canada.
Btw, they live in Vancouver. So, probably by referring them to anyone here who have MiniDV PAL player can be one of solution rather than sending the tapes back to me in Indonesia.

That explains all.... :-) I assumed as they were "masters copies" you would still have them.
