constant Yamaha UX16 error messages -ACID Product Family

Subject:constant Yamaha UX16 error messages Posted by: martin7 Date:6/29/2007 3:28:13 AM CAn anyone help with this. I've midi in/outed my microkorg via the Yamaha ux16 usb. Works fine. However, I'm getting constant error messages, partiiculary when autosaving and recording that 'device specified is in use': The output device Yamaha UX16-1 is in use by another application. The input device Yamaha UX16-1 is in use by another application. The Yamaha isn't in use by another app. It can be off or only being used by Acid (as far as I can see) and I still get this error message. Help! m7

I asked Sony for help, so far haven't heard anything. One YouTube video suggests uninstalling Update KB2962407, but there's no such update in my PC! Others suggest a restart (doesn't work) and others suggest updating drivers (hasn't helped). BAD LANGUAGE!!
