I'm still using Acid Pro 3.0 for what I need, and just wanted to know if there was a way to nudge audio / loops along the timeline with keyboard shortcuts? I know the cursor gets nudged with < > keys but is there a way to nudge the audio in beats for say, 1/16th or 1/8th in Acid Pro? thanks |

I know that in ACID Pro 7, you can nudge an event left or right using Numpad 4 (to the left) and Numpad 6 (to the right), respectively. |

Again, this only seems to move the cursor on the timeline and the event stays still :( |

Odd. Do you have the event (or events) selected? |

Yes, item/event selected and pressing the keys you mention. Is this something that was added only by Sony? I prefer the Sonic Foundry version personally, so maybe it wasn't implemented? |

Maybe I'm just crazy, but I think I recall a keyboard shortcut sheet that had the nudge event shortcuts on there that supported Windows NT only...and I don't know why that would be. Can't remember which version it was though. I'm pretty sure that was in the Sonic Foundry days. (And I've been here since version 2.0.) Like I said, though: I may be crazy. xD |
