Unexpected Button/Link Highlighted in Menu

The 5th item of 10 is getting auto-highlighted when entering a scene menu. I would expect the first one as listed on the left to be auto-highlighted.

The project has three main scene menus and this is the only menu that has this issue.

It does NOT repro when previewing in DVDAPro6.

This only happens in the burned Blu-Ray.

I have compared setting between the three submenus and items in those menus and they are the same. The only real difference is that the content is videos for the first two and slide shows for the third. The first link in each of the three is a link to a "play all" compilation for the scenes on the page, followed by each of those individually. (normal stuff)

This may be an issue with the DVD player -- a Sony BDP-S550.

After reinserting the disc a few times it became obvious that the wrong button highlighted problem was not consistent.

When it happens is always on the same menu page, and the same wrong button selected.

Leaving this post up in case anyone else has seen this problem or has any thoughts.

You can check the order it's set at by right clicking on menu - button order. But as it's so random, I doubt that's the problem. DVDA Has had a few bugs with BD in the past. I've stuck with 5.2 as that seems to be the most stable for me.

The order in the project is what I want. It works perfectly every time when previewing. The issue is only with burned DVDs and that is what's random. Same DVD goes to a different button on that one menu sometimes. Flakey Sony BD Player?
