Working here.

Poul, this is your first post? And this would be your first time to try the Support pages. It could be that as it's the Weekend the Servers are asleep for logging on as a Noobie poster?

Hi Grazie

I have the same problem to day. The history of my kontakt with support is not there,
I can not reach the supporter.

I said "good bye" to Windows 10 and I am back to Windows 7 PRO.
I have to register my Vegas PRO 13 and it is unpossible, because of the massage:

The server was unable to complete the registration as requested. [-41]

Sincerely,
Paul

Sony Creative Software information is still here:

If you bought a product recently, including Vegas Pro 14, the information is probably here:

Support for Vegas is now here:

Are you referring to your account on www.sonycreativesoftware.com or on MAGIX?

Serial numbers are still on the SCS site (My Account > My Software) for some of us at least. I have no first-hand experience of the MAGIX registrations.

Using the first SCS link provided by the moderator (sorry, can't post his username since it is his actual name) I can see all of my SCS software / serial numbers / and product download links.

Nick's not a MAGIX employee, so the CR #9 does not apply?=)

NickHope wrote on 10/2/2016, 12:15 PM

Correct. Feel free to call me whatever you like jdw

p.s. MAGIX staff have black hexagons with an M. Moderators have grey hexagons with an M.

Thanks Nick / vkmast -- good to know. I wasn't too sure about the difference between moderator / employee and moderator / non-employee. I'll keep an eye out for the shading of the hexagon icon before giving attribution in a response.

Thank you very much for all answers.

I am traing to find my Sony software on my Sony site on which I can see only one of them, after Magix took over.
I dont have orders numbers, so I can not register my sofware again as "lost...", so, I can not download my softwares to my new PC. Its my fault, that I do not have paper documantation, but I felt pretty sure with Sony database.

When I try to contact support from my Sony site, I got a massage "Unfortunately there was an error during sending your request, please try again later."

All best from
Poul

Poul, is it possible that you have used a different email address at some time?

No, I have only one email adress for all my softwares firms.

NickHope wrote on 10/3/2016, 5:00 AM

I had this problem the other day. All my software vanished from the SCS pages and I thought it had all been taken down for the transfer to MAGIX. But apparently it was an error and they restored it all. I will message the MAGIX developer who helped me with that.
