Transformers and Ironman use extremely high-level CGI to create their effects. Movie Studio is a consumer video editor, not a 3D motion graphic program.
HitFilm is a 3D motion graphic program capable of creating Hollywood style special effects -- but it's not a program you just pick up and make movies with. It's a professional program with some very deep tools. It also does not include a 3D modeler tool, so you'll need to either purchase 3D models or buy and master another program for creating them.
Pixar movies are a whole other animal. You may be able to find some simple computer animation programs, but beyond that it can get pretty advanced.
In short, no. Movie Studio is not a 3D animation special effects program. It's a video editor.

Okay still need more specifics.
First, what resolution are your PNGS?
Second, what Codec are you rendering out to for the DVD? What resolution? What bitrate? Are you using one of the DVD templates?
The DVD Architect compliant NTSC render templates have a 29.970 default frame rate.
The "Ironman" specs do not help here. As DonaldT says, your specs are needed.
