Handbrake 0.9.9 Custom Presets Question

I have been using Handbrake 0.9.8 without issue, but for some inexplicable reason I decided to "upgrade" to 0.9.9 (Last version for Windows XP)

1. The first awful surprise was that none of the custom presets were transferred. AFTER you install it you get the bomb dropped that you have to recreate the custom presets.

2. A few of the presets I just deleted because I didn't have them written down anywhere. The rest I recreated.

3. The problem is that the Output Picture size settings aren't saved no matter which "option" you choose. When you load the preset some random size is loaded.

Anyone else remember this problem and a workaround?

If you are stuck on 32 bit, then unfortunately you're also stuck with the bugs in 0.9.x.
0.10.x is more stable and less buggy.
That said, I am not going past 0.10.3 (64 bit) until they get a decent AAC encoder back in the binary.
