VV3a Download Doesn't Work

Every time I fill-in the identification page & click on download, it sends me back to the previous page. My VV3.0 program is registered, I re-sent the registration from Vegas just in case something wasn't right. My cookies are turned on. I shut off my firewall and my virus scan. What am I missing here?

Well, it worked. The only thing I did different was to first download a different update (batch converter). Is this a website glitch as its happened before with other updates? This time it took 2 days and several tries.
