As I got no replies....can I assume , do you think, that perhaps i'm right .....and the root of my problem is with the sound card , since I've tried everything else to fix this annoying reccurence of glitches. Also, what are my best Card options? |

Have you tried getting the lastest drivers for the soundcard? Is that a 16-bit soundcard, BTW? Splurge for a 24-bit soundcard if that's the case. Cards from M-Audio (Midiman), Echo and Terratec are good options. Iacobus |

I've downloaded the latest drivers..back in October...and thats the latest. It is a 32 bit sound card and sounds fine when used with its own software which it came bundled with "Emagic composer" ,....but not when using Acid 3 or vegas...thanks for the suggestions.I think the new soundcard is my last resort solution now. |
