Subject:Focusrite Forte cannot find Sound Forge DAW

I have a Focusrite Forte interface and it doses nor register or finds the DAW (Sound Forge) that I am using. Anyone else have experience with this? Does anyone know if the UAD Apollo Duo connects with Sound Forge?
Thanks for any that can help.
Steve

Sounds like you have a bad install.

I use an Apollo Twin Duo with drivers 8.4.1 without issue in logic X 10.2. I can't see how there would be a issue with Soundforge. I'm running Yosemite 10.10.5.

Please fill out your system specs as well. I'm using a late 2014 5K iMac...this would help out narrowing down the issue.

I use the Forte and it works Sound Forge on my MacBook. Sound Forge doesn't list it as a compatible interface, but I've had no trouble with it.

We use one of the Focusrite Clarett's in the mix room and it works a treat with no issues. Its up to the operation system ( Maverick's, Yosemite, ect ) to determine if the Audio Interface is compatible with Apple's Core Audio drivers, Sound Forge doesn't control this aspect of it.

Sound Forge Mac will simply choose what Apple's Core Audio has correctly synced with and display those results in Audio Preferences Tab.
