Hello,

trying to activate / working with Spectral Layers on both of my PCs is no longer / NOT possible:
on one PC, an already activated Spectral Layers wants to be activated activated again, producing an error (unreachable activation website).
Note, this product was already activated, ie. fully functional!
On my second PC I need to work with Spectral Layers, but the website is unreachable, an error page is issued.

Also, online all support options, no matter which browser, are also unreachable!

No chat, no email support, nothing reachable.
I wonder what is going on...

Please somebody help!

Greetings

I've had the activation problem multiple times. About two weeks ago, I was able to speak with Sony via live chat, no problem. They pointed out the importance of logging in as administrator prior to activating the software and, as I had used up my available activations with the problem, they also reset things to allow me to activate the software again. As of now, the software is still working on both of my computers. I will feel more confident, of course, when I can say that after more time has passed.

At first my online activation wouldn't stick so I did the offline method as administrator, saving the authentication code in a separate directory in case I ever needed it again. Now it works fine, but invariably if I leave my LAN connection enabled while starting Spectral Layers the authorizer kicks in and tells me I need to activate. If I simply exit and then disable the internet connection, Spectral Layers will start right up again with no problem.

Now, isn't that interesting! If this problem recurs for me I'll definitely try that.
