I can't believe I'm the only one that Sony has lost my entire account info, personal data, software purchases, support questions and cannot register my copy of SL3 v28 on my new machine? And yet there doesn't seem to be anything anywhere on this site to say - sorry! we are experiencing difficulties with our systems??? Nor has customer service had the courtesy to respond to any of my emails??? Anybody else experiencing similar?
