Panning issues with Acid Pro 7 and Music Studio 10 -ACID Product Family

Does anyone else have issues using the track pan fader? Unlike the volume fader which will allow me to move the fader in fine incriments, the pan fader will either jump to a different percentage when I release the fader, (if I move it to 1% right it jumps back to CENTER, if I move it to 3% it jumps back to 2%, and it skips some percentages all together, both left and right panning) and holding CTRL with the mouse wheel for fine incriment adjustment does not move the pan fader off of CENTER. I have none of these issues with the volume fader (works as it should). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
