I have been informed by Sony tech that I cannot record an audio track through mic input and listen to tracks in Sudio 10 simultaneously due to sound card limitations. My labtop has Realteck drivers and windows mapping. How can I set up my system so it will play back previously recorded tracks or even the metronome in Studio 10 as I am recording through the mic input on the laptop with windows 10 software.

That doesn't sound right to me. Try this.

1 - Right click on your volume control icon on the right side of the Task Bar at the bottom of the screen.
2 - Select "recording devices". A window with your audio recording devices will open.
3 - Double cleft click your microphone item in the window.
4 - Yet another window open. Select the "Listen" tab and check the "Listen to this device" radio button.
5 - Click "Apply" and close all windows.

See if that will solve your problem.
