Simultaneous time stretch of video and audio?

Okay, so I know how to time stretch audio and I know how to alter video speed playback, but for the purpose of syncing clips, is there a way to time stretch the audio and have it automatically adjust the video to the match the audio stretch? Or is that a pro feature. I'm on VMS currently.

Holding the Ctrl key down while you stretch out the event doesn't do what you want? If the audio & video are grouped together and grouping isn't ignored, doing this will stretch/shrink both of them together.
