Wondering if there are any effects in VMS 10 that can:
1. Give an underwater effect or looking through water. I couldn't quite get it with pinch/punch but a wiggly image effect along those lines.
2. Give an effect of droplets falling into still water. In other words if you tilted your screen to face the sky on a rainy day and drops fell on it sending ripples out in a circle. I saw this effect in After Effects and wondered if I could get it in VMS (if not stock, perhaps a plug in?).
