720 59 FPS but blurry

I shot a project at 720 59 FPS and when there's movement / panning or people the footage is a bit blurred. Did I do something wrong? Way to fit it?

are you previewing at Best/Full or an Auto setting? What is the recording bit rate?

At this point just viewing through windows media player.

Have you looked at Mediainfo for your media to make sure you didn't actually record it at 24p or 30p?
