OT: What software can do this style animation?

A client I did a video for is now interested in having an animated one done. The link below is a style that he likes. Any ideas on which software can do this?

Be prepared to spend hours and hours of tweaking to make the animation look good, ease-in ease-out etc.

You could try Crazy Talk Animator. I think it does animation like that one fairly easily.

I've used Toon Boom for this type of style, but it ain't easy.

I do stuff like that in Gimp or Blender sometimes. I've even dome some in Vegas.

now and then i have a need for minor animation and use anime-studio.

awesome for text animation as well as image photo and cartoon

if you want to animate a photograph like have a person walk out the image cartoon style = very easy to use
