Can't buy anything

Hi, I got special offer to buy Titler Pro, for Vegas Pro owners. Unfortunately, I can't buy it, because there is no active field on shop website to enter my email address, which is required. I can't contact with customer service too, "err_connection_refused" pops up. I feel like in Joseph Heller's Catch-22. Somebody help me?
