Subject:No audio during recording, an poor quality output.

No answers fron Sony yet to this simple question. I can hear the metronome, or loops, or any recorded tracks, but I cannot hear the instrument as I am recording it. Also the playback on recorded tracks is very bad although I kept the levels in the green during record. I have ACID 10 to a Windows 10 PC, and I get the same result if I use the mic or usb inout.

I have answered, and explained what you need to do.

This is covered in detail in the ACID 10 help.

Open the help, and in the Index tab, enter "Input Monitor" in to the text box labled:

Type in the keyword to find.

Double click on the topic "Input Monitor" and it will take you to the help page that covers all of this, and explains what a low latency device is.
