Audio Sync Problem with MP4 Render

I normally shoot 24 fps video but for PR News Wire shoot they want 30 fps (29.97) so that is what I am captured on Canon 5D MK2 cam. When I render to the internet 1080P template the audio is slightly out of sync with the video. I never encountered this problem with 24 fps video so am stumped as to what is going on.
Any help appreciated

If you're using the MainConcept render templates I suggest always unchecking "allow source to adjust frame rate." I've been hit a few times with random audio and video strangeness when I forgot to untick it.
