I have onc acid project (in Acid Pro 3.0c) that stops at about 21% complete when I try to render/export it to mp3 format. Other projects I have render just fine and do not lock up. Has anyone else ever encountered this? My pc is not low on resources when this happens. I have a Dell dimension, P4, 1.4g, with 256 of Ram, so there is plenty of processor power. And again, it is just one project that does that. The song is about 6 1/2 minutes long so that should not be an issue either. Any help would be great. Thanks |

mp3's are always slow and/or screwed.........i would just save it as a wav and then use another convereter to make it into mp3 if its just giving you a problem once |

That's what I do too. I render my projects as WAV's and then pretty them up in Sound Forge and render to different formats from there. (Plus it's faster too, as Sound Forge only has to encode the 2-channel, already mixed down project with effects already applied.) Iacobus |
