Subject:Peaks not available

With one project specifically the clips on my audio tracks say, "Peaks not available". But I hear them. When I open those clips in another project they open fine. What can I do?

Also, when I click outside of Acid the clips say, "media offline". Can I change a setting so that they stay online?
