ACID has the easiest way to manipulate Audio files in the sequencing window (I also think that the inline MIDI editing Piano Roll is pretty great too) and it is amazing to me that programs like Ableton, FL Studio, Reaper, Studio 1 - can't get it right by just emulating the workflow of ACID in the "Playlist" sequencer.
