Subject:Purchased new PC- activation issues

Anyone have any idea what sort of process is involved with using Acid on a new PC. Obviously my PC ID and serial number no longer match. I'm having issues getting through to tech support, and the web page offers no easy solution. Thoughts? Ideas? Experiences?

you just need to register again. the activation codes are pc specific. in other words, the activation codes for one pc will not work on another.
