Minor problem, can't figure it out, can't find any answers online. I use Acid Pro to create electronic music for my own enjoyment. I'm not a Acid addict or a professional whose trying to make a living with it. So, I'm working on a composition and I've got a couple of tracks in place. I look around in Media Manager for another loop or sample. When I find it, I double click it and, presto!, Media Manager puts it in there on a new track. Outstanding. So, I fiddle around a bit with the track, maybe insert a volume envelope or some track FX and then I save the file. And all the other tracks in my composition are automatically saved to the Media Library I just used to get my new track. Why is that happening and how can I make it stop? Thanks in advance for any answers. I've been looking through the contents of Help and searching around online and I don't come across anything that addresses this specific situation. |

Go to Options > Preferences and uncheck "Save media-usage relationships in active media library". |

Thank you very much brothership. That did the trick. It also solved another MM related issue. Every time I opened a new Media Library I had to save my project before clicking on any sample or Acid Pro would crash. This simple solution, which I should have been able to figure out for myself, also cured that problem. Thank you once again for taking the time to respond and solving my problem. |
