Downloaded 6.0 but can't activate it cuz I didn't get the e-mail with the serial # that it said I shuda got. Any solutions?

You need to complain to whoever you bought the software from. I'm guessing it wasn't Sony since the current version they are selling is Acid Music Studio 10. Without a valid license key, you really don't when the software yet.
